Meal Prep Services
We offer a meal prep service that provides you with pre-prepared meals that meet your dietary preferences and requirements. We make every effort to ensure that our meals are nutritious and safe to consume. However, we cannot fully guarantee that our meals will be suitable for everyone, and we will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues that may arise from consuming 101 meals. Moreover, any concerns and issues from the clients must be addressed with 101 Food management first. Complaints should not be posted online or on any social media platform without any explanation or settlement with our management.
In addition, supplementary services and materials provided to the clients are strictly for the client’s use only. Sharing exclusive content, selling, and/or using 101 materials and information in any way that would harm the 101 Food brand is strictly prohibited and is viable for legal consequences.
Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you must create an account on our website and provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, delivery address, and payment information. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price of the meals plus any applicable taxes and delivery fees.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods accepted on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
Delivery and Pick-up
We offer delivery and pick-up options for our meals. Delivery is subject to a delivery fee, which varies depending on your location. We will deliver your meals to the delivery address you provide. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen meals after they have been delivered to the delivery address.
If you choose to pick up your meals, you must do so at the designated pick-up location and time. We cannot be held responsible for any meals that are not picked up on time.
Cancellations and Refunds
Kindly observe the following conditions regarding the cancellation terms and the corresponding charges:
- The lead time for order to delivery is three (3) days. An order may not be refunded once delivered or picked up by the client. Cancellation of orders is strongly discouraged.
- An order may be transferred to another recipient 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up.
- The full price of the meal/s will be charged to the client when the order is canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery or pick-up.
- 50% of the meal/s will be charged to the client when the order is canceled after 12 hours from the time of ordering.
- There is no charge when the client cancels within 12 hours from the time of ordering.

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of 101 Food and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from your use of our services or your reliance on any information on our website.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time by posting a new version on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
