Guidelines

• Available for PICK UP and DELIVERY 9:30 AM onwards. DELIVERY FEE minimum rate is 80 php and will depend on the location of the client. 
• Clients may request a change in location and time of delivery the day before ( 9 PM cut-off)  the delivery date. Any changes in location of the client that will entail delivery charge will be shouldered by the client.
• Client must inform 101 for a subscription pause at least 16 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up at 9:30 am the following day. Once the meal/s are produced and received by the Food Tank, it is considered as sold to the client even if he/she is not able to pick-up and receive the meals on the assigned schedule. For failed deliveries, the client will shoulder delivery fee upon failure to inform subscription pause. 
• 1 week subscription is consumable within 10 days from the start of the subscription  and 1 month subscription is consumable within 60 days. 
• For 1 month subscriptions, we offer two (2) installment options with 60% of the total amount to be settled upon sign up. The remaining 40% must be settled within 10 days from the start of subscription deliveries. Let us know if you prefer this option by identifying your mode of payment then a dash “-”  2 installments ( ex: Gcash – 2 installments)
